THE FIVE DAYS
Five days, five steps, always on your own work.
We work through the book's five chapters in five days. Each day ends with practice, and the group builds a working system together.
Day 2
Mapping
You walk through how your work runs today: processes, data, systems. You find out what is worth handing to machines, and what is not.
Day 3
Design
You decide which digital co-worker takes which task, where a person decides, and how you check their work.
Day 4
Build
You build the first working solution on your own case and measure what it delivers.
Day 5
Scale
You embed it into everyday work and learn how to extend it step by step, from Meta to the Hungarian tax authority (NAV).

Do I need an IT background?
No. We start from beginner level, and by the end of the week you go home with skills you can use at work the next day.
What if the group does not fill up?
The course starts anyway. Groups are at most ten people.
Is the book included in the price?
No. Participants buy the book themselves, via the link above.
