FAQ

What people ask us most often.

Short, concrete answers about what AiGent does, who it is for, what it costs, and how a rollout starts.

What does AiGent do?

AiGent is a Hungarian software company that works on business process automation and custom IT development, primarily for small and medium-sized businesses. The company builds digital twins: a living model of the business that uses AI agents to carry out finance, CRM, ERP, inventory, email, marketing and reporting tasks in the background, on the company’s own data.

What kind of companies is AiGent for?

For Hungarian micro, small and medium-sized businesses where administration (invoicing, emails, reports) takes up a lot of time, where data lives in scattered systems, or where it is hard to find and keep good staff. No in-house development team is needed for the rollout: AiGent builds and operates the twin on a turnkey basis.

How much does AiGent cost?

Pricing is individual, because almost every rollout is different. The cost is determined by the number of modules switched on, the complexity of the processes and the integrations required. After a short conversation you get a concrete quote tailored to your own processes. The structure of the packages is shown on the www.aigent.hu/arazas.html page.

Which tasks does AiGent take over at an SMB?

Most of the company’s back-office work. Finance: invoice to bank matching, VAT preparation, payment reminders. CRM: lead scoring and automatic follow-up. ERP and Inventory: orders, supplier confirmations, reordering below threshold. Inbox: answering emails in the company’s own tone. Marketing: ad management, with approval. Web: product pages and SEO. Data: dashboards and reports.

How is AiGent different from a general AI chatbot?

A general chatbot answers your questions, but it does not touch your systems. AiGent’s digital twin works on the company’s own data, knows the processes, the rules and the tone, and actually does the work: it matches invoices, sends the follow-ups, updates the inventory. It prepares the cases that need approval, and the decision stays with a human.

Can I switch on just one module?

Yes. The modules are separate specialties, but they work on shared data and can be switched on one by one. So you can start small, for example with just the Finance or just the CRM module, and expand later as the company is ready for it.

Do I need an in-house IT person for the rollout?

No, AiGent does not require a large internal technical team. The whole point is that small and medium-sized businesses can reach a higher level of digital maturity without their own developer team. The mapping, the rollout and the operation are done by the AiGent team, and the company adds its own rules.

How does a rollout start?

An implementation starts with a short conversation, in which AiGent shows, based on the company’s own processes, what the twin would take over and how much time it would give back. You can request a quote at www.aigent.hu/demo.html or at info@aigent.hu.

What measured results does AiGent have?

At the public reference deployment, a wine house and event venue, 54 interlocking automated workflows replaced roughly 14 hours of administration per day.

Does AiGent take on custom development and integration?

Yes. Custom module development means automations tailored to the company’s own processes, custom integrations and development, based on a quote. The price may change if custom modules are developed. The registered main activity of AiGent Kft. is computer programming, so alongside the digital twin it also does classic custom software development.

Where is AiGent located, and what company is behind it?
