2. What data do we process?
When you make an enquiry on our website (aigent.hu, aigent.odoo.com) or through the form belonging to our Facebook/Instagram ads (Meta Instant Form), we process the following data: name, email address, phone number, company name, area of interest (which service you are interested in), and optionally your message.
3. Purpose of the data processing
3.1. Contacting you regarding your enquiry (callback, email).
3.2. Providing information about our services, making offers, arranging a consultation.
3.3. Documenting and handling the enquiry in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
4. Legal basis of the data processing
4.1. The data subject’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form; or, in the case of a specific interest in a service, the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4.2. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without giving reasons (see section 8).
5. Duration of the data processing
5.1. We retain the enquiry data until the purpose of making contact has been achieved, but at most until consent is withdrawn, or, in the absence thereof, for 12 months from the last substantive contact, and then delete it.
5.2. If a customer relationship is established, we continue to process the data in accordance with the applicable contractual and statutory obligations.
6. Data processors, recipients
6.1. We treat your data confidentially and do not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes. We use the systems of our contracted data processors:
6.2. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.for the collection of data received through the Facebook/Instagram form (Instant Form).
6.3. Odoo S.A.for the customer relationship management (CRM) and website system.
7. Data transfer to a third country
7.1. Data collected through Meta’s systems may also be transferred outside the European Economic Area (USA). Meta provides appropriate safeguards on the basis of the EU-US data protection framework (Data Privacy Framework) and the standard contractual clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
8. Rights of the data subject
8.1. You are entitled to: request information about your data being processed (access); request the rectification of your inaccurate data; request the erasure of your data (the “right to be forgotten”); request the restriction of processing; object to processing; exercise your data portability right; and withdraw your consent at any time.
8.2. You can send your requests to info@aigent.hu and we will respond to your request within 30 days at the latest.
9. Remedies, complaints
9.1. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11. (postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.), email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, web: naih.hu.
9.2. If your rights are infringed, you may also turn to a court.
